United Nations Costume For Nat

Weeks ago, Nat's teacher has informed all of us through the group chat that Japan costume is needed for the United Nation's Day celebration.

Though a specific date was not yet established, we were informed to be prepared. Nat is only in Kindergarten but there seems to be a lot of fuss for the need on UN costume. I remember, during my elementary years, we never had a UN event that requires this much preparation.

I checked the malls for possible costume. Gladly, I have read from the teacher that if costume will be a problem, then they can just wear anything white with a shade of red in it.

So I let Nat wear a white shorts and a white T-shirt that has a little red design. And I quickly prepared the flag of Japan.

When we arrived at school, the parade has started but thankfully we were still able to join :)
