Mix Eat By Jonies: Date with Sush - January 2026

The month has almost ended, and I tried to make sure that I can snatch a few minutes or two with Sush alone too, just like what I had with Nat.

I don't know how everything will unfold, how a 4-year-old behaves but I wanted to do it.

So we had an early lunch at Mix Eat By Jonie's located at Alta Citta in Tagbilaran City. Thankful for my sister who took me to the City because we used her credit card for the washing machine and a new fridge.
Sush was excited for Jollibee but we have been there many times :D So I decided we just have to go to  Mix Eat instead. 

I was kind of regretted it because the food seemed for adults, but I was able to ask exactly their bestsellers for kids and they recommended the pork adobo with egg.

The food they have recommended for kids. The meat is too sweet, to be honest :)

I love my food choice though :)

This moment is precious to me :)

Problem solved.

However, my little lady's attention was kind of divided because she was more exited on the rides nearby. Geez ;) I know that at times I need to admit that she WON!

Over-all the ambience at Mix Eat By Jonie's is pleasant but with a kid, I think I was intruding the adults who went there for peace :) The downside to them is that they used too many plastics for their packaging that they really do contribute to tons of trash in our country. Sadly :(

What a day that was!

We thought it could not be done anymore, but gladly we did!

And so we agreed, every month we have to be at the beach, just any beach, for the sake of the children and ME, lol.

The beach can heal all pains and wounds of our lives and bodies :) 

 

 

Pluto: Date with Nat - January 2026

 After his class I took him for a late afternoon date at Pluto in Alturas Mall.

I was actually curious how the food there or if it is affordable and worth it while letting my son's taste buds be the judge.

Look at that funny face :)

Not so happy but not so sad.

As an adult? How's the food? Not very good but not bad. The french fries was a surprise and the condiments was a mixture something different I can't put my finger on. Weird.
Price? Not affordable but still okay.
Nothing cheap these days though. The mango shake was yummy though ;)
