I noticed that Nat's red crocs have fading color. And I decided to use AI to edit it and make it look better. But it resulted in a funny picture because even their faces changed. Lol.

Shopping Helper ~

 

At BQ Mall grocery area when Nat was three and Sush was just a few months.

At 7-Eleven.

At an early age, I am teaching them ways to help.

Even during grocery time and or buying anything. They can help hold, pick and find where an item was.

Just like at this moment in 7-Eleven, I asked Sush to pay the passport, while the staff was laughing too.

I hope someday they will learn that life is a bunch of responsibilities. And there is no need to be envious of the adult life ;)

Tubig Dako - Mangga with Kiddos

 

Who would have thought that this place existed here, in Manga?!

It was a day after my colleague Tome Ghie’s spent her last day at our office. She has resigned and will be transferring at DEPED. We have agreed to spend a day at the beach, especially for the kids.

It was an easy decision because our kids get along well. 

It took me a while to even notice that there are beaches in Tagbilaran City where we can have a picnic.

I learned of one sa Ubujan, but not this part here. It was called Tubig Dako – Manga. As they shared, there is also one called Tubig Dako – Taloto.

We didn’t spend much actually on the food. We don't want to burden each other with food and expectations. We just have to bring what we can from home.

Nothing fancy, just food we can afford.

Gera felt like she could have chosen the beach in Panglao but opted for the one without entrance fees. As I told them, it’s not about the place, it’s about the people we are with 😉

With the right company, happiness is possible.

Moments That Makes Me Sad as a Mama

There have been many times recently when Sush was so sleepy she would complain or I will find her sleeping on the sofa at the lobby area of our Admin Department.

But I'm still thankful of my work because of this organization, I can work while still looking after them too. 

Still with a grateful heart.

His First Movie Ever ~

 

Today Nat and I went to ICM to watch the movie 'Song of the Fireflies'. The movie was something I can anticipate when it comes to the theme and how it may appear. It was important for me not to miss it because the movie is something that a Boholana like me can be proud of. It was all about how the Loboc Children's Choir originated.

Two reasons why I excitedly decided to watch it even if it was not mandatory:

1) I miss the cinema, the feeling of watching the big screen (not Netflix).

2) I want Nat to experience it himself, it was his first and this may not be available someday

It was not easy to accomplish since the movie would start at 7:30AM, and so we have to be at the City before that. We left home at around 6:30AM so gladly we still have enough time to be there and find some chips to go with our movie time. We bought food at 7eleven Task Us building.  It was a combination of unhealthy ones to entertain our palate while watching ;)
